Shipping policy

> We offer free standard Tracked UK shipping for orders over £50

Shipping times are from the date dispatched not date ordered. These are not guaranteed services and delivery dates are estimates only.

We aim to dispatch any orders within 2 business days.

If your parcel has been delayed with Royal Mail please let us know as soon as possible with your tracking number which will be on your shipping email so we can investigate.

You must notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so we can track with Royal Mail.  Over this period subject to a refund is not being issued.

> Please note we do not pay any import fees -  Any import fees will need to be paid by the customer in the country it's delivered to.
