SHIPPING POLICY

Standard UK shipping cost £3.50 and on most occasions will be shipped with Royal mail 48 hours tracked service.

Larger items may be shipped with DPD or Parcel Force.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Shipping times are from the date dispatched not date ordered. These are not guaranteed services and delivery dates are estimates only.

We aim to dispatch any orders within 2 business days.

If your parcel has been delayed with Royal Mail please let us know as soon as possible with your tracking number which will be on your shipping email so we can investigate.

You must notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 25 days so we can track with Royal Mail.  Over this period subject to a refund is not being issued.

International customers: Import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees may apply when your order arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are shown and collected at checkout.

US import duties

US orders Import duties and taxes aren’t collected at checkout. Your carrier or US customs may charge these when your order is delivered. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
